Resumo:
A revolução 4.0 é aqui estamos presenciando, trata-se de uma revolução tecnológica em amplitude, velocidade e profundidade jamais imaginada. Ela transformará a maneira como vivemos, nos relacionamos e trabalhamos, quais foram os benefícios e os malefícios, que a revolução 4.0 trouxe, e os impactos na vida laboral do trabalhador, assim como analisar esses impactos, e as consequências dessa revolução. O direito fundamental ao trabalho é o arquétipo dos direitos fundamentais sociais, assim diante das suas tecnologias exponenciais, houve várias revoluções desde a revolução 1.0 até a atual a 4.0, assim o mundo se desenvolveu exponencialmente, e os impactos da inteligência artificial. Perspectiva das profundas transformações que a revolução 4.0 promoverá no mundo do trabalho, esta pesquisa tem essa finalidade. Em resposta, apontar soluções legislativas para ampliar a aplicabilidade do direito fundamental ao trabalho, tão indispensável à humanidade. E uma irreversível revolução, por fim está pesquisa tem duas pretensões, advertir sobre as graves consequências que se avizinham, quanto ao desemprego e o aumento da inteligência artificial, mas também em resposta, apontar os benefícios, os pontos positivo para o mercado de trabalho, os impactos causados e as soluções legislativas para ampliar a eficácia e aplicabilidade do direito fundamental ao trabalho, tão indispensável à humanidade.
Abstract:
The 4.0 revolution is here we are witnessing, it is a technological revolution in breadth, speed and depth never imagined. It will transform the way we live, relate and work, what were the benefits and harms that the 4.0 revolution brought, and the impacts on the worker's working life, as well as analyzing these impacts, and the consequences of this revolution. The fundamental right to work is the archetype of fundamental social rights, so before its exponential technologies, there have been several revolutions from the 1.0 revolution to the current 4.0, so the world has developed exponentially, and the impacts of artificial intelligence. Perspective of the profound changes that the 4.0 revolution will promote in the world of work, this research has this purpose. In response, to point out legislative solutions to expand the applicability of the fundamental right to work, so indispensable to humanity. And an irreversible revolution, finally this research has two intentions, to warn about the serious consequences that lie ahead, regarding unemployment and the increase of artificial intelligence, but also in response, pointing out the benefits, the positive points for the labor market, the impacts caused and the legislative solutions to increase the effectiveness and applicability of the fundamental right to work, so indispensable to humanity.
