Resumo:
Este artigo objetiva ponderar sobre como as mulheres se inseriram no espaço político, constituindo a Bancada Feminina durante os trabalhos da Assembleia Nacional constituinte instaurada em 1987, e atuaram junto ao CNDM (Conselho Nacional Dos Direitos Da Mulher), na luta pela legitimação de reivindicações que vinham de diversos grupos da sociedade que originou, de forma sintetizada, a Carta das Mulheres Brasileiras aos Constituintes. A análise deu-se no sentido de apurar como o movimento de mulheres se mobilizou/articulou na defesa/proposição de direitos ante o debate Constituinte, polemizando o pensamento acerca do seu lugar na sociedade, bem como, reclamando a condição de cidadãs de fato e direito.
Abstract:
This article aims to consider how women were inserted in the political space, constituting the Women 's Bench during the work of the National Constituent Assembly established in 1987, and worked with the National Council of Women' s Rights (CNDM) in the struggle for legitimization of Claims that came from various groups of society that originated, in a synthesized way, the Brazilian Women's Charter to the Constituents. The analysis was to find out how the women's movement mobilized / articulated in the defense / proposition of rights before the Constituent debate, arguing the thought about its place in the society, as well as, claiming the condition of citizens of fact and right.
