Acompanhamento psicológico em cirurgia cardíaca pediátrica: a importância da atividade lúdica

Resumo:
O presente artigo tem como finalidade discutir a importância da atividade lúdica e do acompanhamento psicológico relacionados à cirurgia cardíaca pediátrica. Intenciona-se, portanto, pensar na recuperação infantil que a ludicidade pode provocar no pós-operatório, considerando as problemáticas que envolvem esse contexto. Para tal, foi utilizado como método uma revisão bibliográfica, com a intenção de investigar se a estratégia do lúdico no hospital contribui para a eficácia do tratamento pós-cirúrgico. A pesquisa foi sistematizada em três partes: (i) a introdução, na qual se descreve o projeto pretendido e as bases que o sustentam; (ii) a fundamentação teórica, que contém subtópicos que estabelecem todo o contexto da prática a ser investigada; (iii) a descrição do método, na qual são detalhados os procedimento efetuados ao longo da pesquisa. Como resultado, evidenciam-se as seguintes questões: a necessidade de acompanhamento psicológico para crianças submetidas a procedimentos hospitalares dolorosos, especialmente nos casos de cirurgia cardíaca; o baixo número de publicações que tratam sobre o tema em questão; e a ausência de criação de protocolos para a prática do lúdico no ambiente hospitalar. Por fim, este estudo incentiva novas pesquisas sobre o tema, bem como a capacitação de mais profissionais, para que possam reconhecer a relevância do lúdico voltado à criança enferma.
Abstract:
This paper aims to discuss the importance of playful activity and psychological monitoring related to pediatric cardiac surgery. So, it is intended to think about the child recovery that playfulness can cause in the postoperative period, considering the possible problems of this context. To this end, the method was the bibliographic review, with the intention of investigating whether the playful strategy in the hospital contributes to the effectiveness of post-surgical treatment. The research was systematized in three parts: (i) the introduction, in which the intended project and the bases that support it are described; (ii) the theoretical foundation, which contains subtopics that establish the entire context of the practice to be investigated; (iii) the description of the method, in which the procedures carried out throughout the research are detailed. As a result, the following issues become evident: the need for psychological support for children in painful hospital procedures, especially in cases of cardiac surgery; the low number of publications on the topic in question; the absence of protocols for the practice of recreational activities in the hospital. Finally, this study encourages new research on this topic, as well as the training of more professionals, in order to recognize the relevance of ludic activities for sick children.
